These terms govern your use of zettacorelabs.com, operated by ZettaCore from Ahmedabad, India. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

This site describes services ZettaCore offers and records work we have delivered. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or advice to act on without speaking to us. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.

Send us accurate information, and do not send confidential material through the enquiry form: it is not a secure channel for it, and we will not treat it as confidential unless a signed agreement says so. Do not send another person’s personal data without a lawful basis for doing it. What we do with what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, probe or scan them, interfere with their availability, scrape them in a way that degrades service, or use the site to send unlawful, infringing or abusive content. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.

The site’s content, design, code, artwork and the ZettaCore name and marks belong to ZettaCore or its licensors. You may read the site and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site, reuse its design or artwork, or present its content as your own without our written permission.

We keep the site accurate and current so far as is reasonable, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Case studies describe work in the circumstances of a specific engagement and are not a promise of the same result for you. We may change or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

Where the site links to another organisation, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its security, or how it handles your data. Their terms apply once you leave ours.

To the extent the law allows, ZettaCore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.
